Drawing more from influence that experience, WoodShed Havoc uses the confidence of age to step out of the preverbal rock n' roll closet. Maintaining the less is more syndrome, WoodShed Havoc brings big warm vintage tone to modern heights with their sincere driving approach. Originally known as the Crop Duster, WoodShed Havoc was born when the newly formed nameless band was asked to headline the Strong Pines Music Festival, late summer 2008. This invite gathering, essentially the after party for the Winnipeg Folk Festival Site Crew, brought the inspiration of the new name, and a rekindled vibe. With lyrics that read like a dark tale, and riffs that drive like a locomotive, WoodShed Havocs foot stompin' sound rides the front edge os the underground indie movement.
