About Vikings:
Vikings is an electro-pop band from Winnipeg. Their music is equal parts dance-worthy and expansive, where the melody always shines through. They have shared the stage with Twin Shadow, Shout Out Out Out Out, Grand Analog and Poolside, among many others.
The trio independently released their self-titled debut album in December, 2013. “Great Abyss,” their first single, has been in heavy rotation on CBC Radio 3, including multiple spots in the R3-30, where they play the top 30 Canadian indie songs of the week. The band is currently working on a follow-up release and tour plans.
