Only 45 minutes from Winnipeg, a magical experience awaits. Situated on a beautiful rural property located 10 minutes southeast of downtown Portage la Prairie, the evening-long "Whoop & Hollar Folk Festival" (known as Summer Folk Fest until February 2015) will be returning for its third year this August! Be prepared for some whooping and hollering as you savor phenomenal music from an amazing four-hour lineup of local talent! Dance, sing, walk "The Cottonwood Trail," enjoy the labyrinth garden, participate in the midnight jam sessions around the bonfire, and camp out beneath the stars with other folkies!
