Robert Allen is a home-grown singer-songwriter whose songs have been described as "piercing", "thought provoking", "fun" and "positive". Strong lyrics are the backbone of Robert's songs which seem to take you somewhere you feel you have been, while the destination is somewhere new. Mixing sounds of rock, R&B, pop and more, Robert has a strong voice which at the same time is very "truthful and soothing". Robert recently completed his debut album, "Short Stories", and is now playing at venues throughout Winnipeg. Robert's unique writing style and delivery complement those stories and bring them to life. Simply put, Robert Allen's songs resonate with a little something for everyone to enjoy!
