Meet Claire Bestland. Anguished and powerful, Claire is both a guitar slinger and a storyteller of truth. Claire combines blues, rock, and soul together with one thing in common: groove. Against all odds and driven by true vision, Claire has continued to swing her axe with both a wild ferocity and crystal precision to create the radical and transformative qualities of genuine art. Her mission is very clear onstage and in the studio: to renew the ability of genuine musicianship and raw, open, and uncontained energy to speak powerfully to a modern audience. Her all original debut album “La Moreneta” (translated ‘The Little Dark One’) is being released on October 10, 2015 at the West End Cultural Centre.
