Join the Winnipeg Classical Guitar Society on October 24th for the launch of their
41st season. The WCGS is proud to present Armenian virtuoso, Gohar Vardanyan for her
Winnipeg debut. A Julliard graduate Ms.Vardanyan has performed internationally including
appearances at Alice Tully Hall at Lincoln Center, Smithsonian Institution in Washington,
as well as the guitar societies of San Francisco, Seattle, New York City, and Houston to only
name a few. In Winnipeg Gohar will perform a program of Albéniz, Rodrigo, Ponce, and
Piazolla.
