Introducing Latka, the pop/rock quartet hailing from the depths of their basement floor in the heart of the 204. Their music, a cathartic form of self-expression, captures a cleverly-intertwined passion that culminates in an ensemble of sensory experience. The importance of songwriting and collaboration is known all too well by this four piece, who understand that these bonds do not form overnight.

The collaborative seed was initially planted during Milos Mitrovic, Andrew Clark and Cole Vincent’s teenage years, with the majority of their time spent writing music together. These years were a training ground for what would become an entity greater than the sum of its parts, an entity that would be known as Latka. With the addition of violinist Eric Ross, who infused the group with his virtuoso flare for the art, it is safe to say that the seed continues to grow. Deep-rooted connections have emerged that few could shake, even fewer could break and next to none could recreate.

From the studio to the stage their talents are conterminously showcased as each member’s sense of time and space is mesmerizing, their energy infectious. As if the stage were their playground, the instruments their toys, their enthusiasm and playful nature generates an inclusive environment of joy and reckless abandon. With an unabashedly pop approach to their eclectic interpretation of rock music, Latka embraces the new, the old and the unknown in their pursuit of musical ascendance.
