The Royal Canadian Air Force Band Holiday Concert is a treasured seasonal tradition in Winnipeg. We are thrilled to announce this year’s RCAF Band Holiday Concert will be held Wednesday, December 9th at 7pm at Centennial Concert Hall in support of the United Way of Winnipeg. Joined by local treasure Loreena McKennitt (plus another special surprise musical guest!) this family-friendly concert will feature classic songs from the holiday season.
Created in the 1940s, the RCAF Band is made up of 35 professional musicians who perform across North America. The Holiday Concert will feature Jet Stream, a 20-piece ensemble which showcases a contemporary twist while carrying on the history and tradition of music in Canada’s Air Force.
