Celtic Seinn is a collection of musicians and singers who play both traditional and modern Celtic music. The name Celtic Seinn was chosen as “Seinn” (pronounced shine) is both a Scottish and Irish Gaelic word which means to sing and/or play an instrument. The group had its beginnings in the spring of 2014. 

Currently, Celtic Seinn features the following members:

Andrea Shalay on vocals, Fred Dugdale on vocals and harmonica, David Knezic on vocals and mandolin, Bill Laird on Irish bouzouki, Norm Asher on accordion, Corey May on vocals and bodhran, Caleb Gabler on percussion, Kevan Gabler on vocals, banjo & whistle and Ian Dawson on shuttle pipes, fiddle and whistle. 

The band has performed for St. Patrick’s Day events, birthday parties & street parties, and at Bell Tower Community Café. Celtic Seinn is available for hire for any event that desires to hear Celtic music.
