(Lockport, MB) The Half Moon Drive In's 4th Annual Rockin On The Red festival, in support of The Children's Rehabilitation Foundation, is returning to Lockport, MB July 15-17, 2016 for another weekend jam-packed with free entertainment. 

Wayne McIntosh, Half Moon Drive In's "Top Dog" is excited to throw another party, this time marking 78 years in business. "We are thrilled to once again to present Rockin On The Red. This fun filled family event is a thank you to our valued customers and community. Not only does it bring the community together but it helps raise funds for a very worthy organization, The Children’s Rehabilitation Foundation." said McIntosh.

The Children’s Rehabilitation Foundation (CRF) is a local Manitoba charity, focused on helping children living with disabilities and special needs. CRF is a vital, integral part of the Manitoba “children’s disability” landscape, offering important services and purchasing equipment for those families most in need. 

CRF exists because children with disabilities and special needs should have the same opportunities as other children to learn, play and grow. CRF purchases specialized equipment and provides operating funds for adapted recreation programs that are not funded by any other source. 

The three day festival is filled with FREE activities including two nights of fireworks, classic car show, inflatable rides, rock climbing, magicians, face painters and new to Rockin On The Red, a petting zoo. The Steeltown Ford Main Stage concert series will kick off Friday, July 15th at 6:30pm with live performances from some of past years crowd pleasers and some exciting seasoned acts that will take to the Rockin' On The Red stage this year.
