If you're the type of person who enjoys a good time with lively music and laughter - including jokes so bad you'll laugh (or cry!) - welcome to the kitchen-party atmosphere of Deuxième Take! This local band performs – en français - mostly traditional songs around Denise Allard's powerful voice, and musical accompaniment including piano, harmonica and spoon percussion. Bienvenue!

Also on the Feb. 10th bill at Strong Badger will be Philip Ndukwu, a young rising singer-songwriter from Nigeria whose pop songs are steeped in a variety of savoury soul, dance and ballad rhythms.
