This special Milonga for singles and couples will feature artist Onna Lou. The evening starts with a beginner tango class at 8:00 to 9:00. Refreshmets are included. Dance or relax and enjoy til midnight. Tickets are $15 advance and $20 at the door. Onna Lou is a singer-songwriter born in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Her music fuses Latin pop-rock with Argentine Folk, jazz, Latin American rhythms, tango, and flamenco. She has performed with Alejandro Sanz, Javier Limón and Rosana. Onna Lou has performed in Argentina and the United States and we are so fortunate to have her here in Winnipeg. Together Onna and Julian Vidal will perform at Theatre Dance Centre on February 10th. Julian has written music for theatre, television, and film, and he's been working with Onna Lou for several years, as a producer, music engineer and co-writer. Last December they released “Ahora" which is Onna Lou's first album.
