Folk Fest at 510 is a free outdoor lunchtime concert series that will run noon to 1:00 PM in the courtyard at City Hall, 510 Main St. and will feature some of the best and brightest Manitoban artists who have participated in the Winnipeg Folk Festival's Stingray Young Performers Program.
