About
The Lockdown is a musical project ranging from solo performance to eight-piece band. Described as gritty/dirty-folk, The Lockdown loves performing everywhere - from grungy warehouse parties, to porches and living rooms, to beautiful Winnipeg music venues. Two recent highlights include opening for Orville Peck at the WECC and performing the songs of Patti Smith at the Good Will Social Club. They released a demo in 2018 and will begin recording their first full-length album in the spring.
