The WECCs 20th Anniversary Party!!

When Spirit of the West opened the West End Cultural Centre back in October 1987, who knew that this little church at the corner of Ellice & Sherbrook would become such an institution?
Over the last twenty years, the walls of the WECC have seen thousands of great concerts and events, and are giving way under the strain of their age. This will be the last birthday celebration in the WECC as we know it now, as weve already begun the first stages of our redevelopment!!
As the WECC enters its third decade of community involvement and music programming, we would like to stage a special show to commemorate the first 20 years of its history.
We are very pleased to welcome a number of great artists back to the WECC, including James Keelaghan, Keith & Renee, Veda Hille, and Spirit of the Wests John Mann.
Join us in an evening of songs and stories in the round with some of the great artists that have made the West End Cultural Centre their home in Winnipeg over the last two decades.
