THE BILLIES NEW ADVENTURE

While Hillbilly Burlesque's lead singer Angel Calnek takes some time off from the band to recover from major brain surgery in February, the rest of the band are joining up with members of the Mid Century Modernaires (Ken Pinchin) to create a new adventure:  THE BILLY-N-AIRES!

With stellar roots players like Ken Pinchin, Rob Pachol and Bill Western mingling up with Slide Boy Sandmoen, Kansas City Cramer and the rocking rhythm section of John Neal and Julene Gravett, The Billy-n-aires will be bringing their eclectic sounds to a new level of country flavoured blues and roots music, original tunes and revamped covers.

They will be performing at Angel's Song, a fundraiser being held at the Park Theatre on May 15th featuring the who's who of incredible Manitoba performers to help Angel make it through the healing process. It's bound to be the show of the year!
