Winnipeg punk-tinged rock quartet the Home Team is set to release its first album since parting ways with RocketStar Records, the Washington-based label that released the bands debut album, Time and Place. Stay Calm is a five-song EP that the band recorded following a ten-month hiatus that resulted in a line up change and a revived, more aggressive take on the bands melodic punk sound.
The band will be releasing the Stay Calm EP Tuesday, February 17 in Winnipeg at the West End Cultural Centre with guests the Rock Band and Carter Monrose. Tickets are $7 at the door. For more information, www.thehometeam.net.
