Our Very Own Songs is a collection of material composed by Don Freed and the children of Northern Saskatchewan. The CD features Jay Buettner, Don Freed, Colin James (yes that Colin James), Dean Kushneryk, Rocky Lakner, Don Milliken, Ross Nykiforuk, Freddie Pelletier, Warren Rutherford, Michael Swan, Gilles Turcotte, Paddy Tutty, Calvin Volrath, Randy Woods, Tanner Buettner, Jillian Storey, Shanine Slugoski, Meagan Ablele, Alycia Cardell, Kendra Moberly, Jasmine Young-Bouvier, Christian Hydamaka, Michael, Mike, Nigel, Luke and Samson Swan. The recording was produced by Don Freed and engineered by Ross Nykiforuk. It was mastered at Metalworks. The childrens choirs were recorded by Randy Woods and Daryl Pierce.
