Now Taking Submissions for Manitoba Music Events at Canadian Country Music Week

SUBMISSION DEADLINE: 4pm, Thursday, May 24, 2012

Manitoba Music is presenting a showcase and networking event at Canadian Country Music Week in Saskatoon, September 6-9, 2012. This is an excellent opportunity to showcase in front of top names in the country music industry including radio programmers, agents, labels, managers, publishers, and more. Manitoba Music will work directly with each selected artist to identify members of industry who they are interested in inviting.

To be considered for this opportunity, you must:

Have a current or upcoming release (demo / EP / full-length)
Be export-ready (able to capitalize on opportunities in Canada and internationally)
Have financial capacity to undertake travel and accommodations (Market Access Program Support is available, but will not cover full costs)
Be a Manitoba Music member

“Country Music Week” in the subject line
A link to your manitobamusic.com profile page (ensure updated current music, bio, etc)
A rationale for how this showcase fits your career development plan
Description of current team and which team members will attend the event
Current high resolution image (300 dpi) or link to where one can be downloaded
