Performance Opportunity: MB Live Sessions | Deadline: April 30

Manitoba Film & Music and Manitoba Music are partnering to present MB Live Sessions via Facebook. We are now taking submissions from Manitoba-based artists for live performance videos. Performances will be streamed to Manitoba Music's 9,700+ followers on Facebook on Thursday evenings, starting in April.

This is a paid opportunity for artists who have had tour or show cancellations due to COVID-19. Sets will be approximately three songs or 15-20 minutes. Artists will have the opportunity for a tech consult in advance and a pre-interview with the series host.

Per public health guidelines, all performances must be recorded from home or home studio where artists can maintain appropriate physical / social distancing, performing solo or only with the people already living in their home.

Artists considered for this opportunity must:

Have had tour or show cancellations due to COVID-19
Be capable of performing three songs of original music live
Have had recent notable developments from the past year (recording, touring, music releases, showcases, media coverage etc.)
Be a Manitoba Music member and a current resident of Manitoba
Have the ability to record high quality video of their live performance
