Only 45 minutes from Winnipeg and 5 minutes from Portage la Prairie, the evening-long Whoop & Hollar Folk Festival will be returning for its fourth year this August! Whether you come with a friend, bring the entire family, or just show up as you are, you're going to have a wonderful time!

Be prepared for some whooping and hollering as you savor phenomenal music from an amazing lineup of local talent! Dance, sing, walk "The Cottonwood Trail," enjoy the labyrinth garden, participate in the midnight jam sessions around the bonfire, and camp out beneath the stars with other folkies.

Remember to bring the summer essentials (sunglasses, sunscreen, bug repellent, hat, etc.), a water bottle, your favourite thing to sit or relax on (hammock, lawn chair, blanket, etc.), a picnic basket or cooler, a flashlight, a musical instrument or two, a tent for the night, and other camping gear if you wish! 

If you're coming in from Winnipeg, consider signing yourself up on the Whoop & Hollar Hippie Bus for a round-trip, overnight festival and camping excursion!
