Apollo Suns
"An Iberian Peninsula"

From the album Each Day a Different Sun

Featured track, available from April 6 to April 14

Apollo Suns are rising this month. The instrumental jazz/rock outfit is ready to launch its debut EP, Each Day a Different Sun. The five-piece will take over The Good Will on April 8 with a little help from Umami, Flat Land Soul Band, and DJ King Cabernet. The band has already had a busy year hitting stages at Festival Du Voyageur and Shine On Music Festival, opening for the likes of Five Alarm Funk, The Mariachi Ghost, Mahogany Frog, and more. They were featured on UMFM's Transmissions for Pledge-O-Rama and been working on a short film project for a jazz mashup of the classic Mission Impossible and James Bond themes featuring lots of homegrown talent. Meanwhile, Each Day a Different Sun is already turning some heads in the U.S. and Europe from music blogs and online online mags. Next up, the band will hit the road for a Western Canadian tour in the spring. We've got new tune "An Iberian Peninsula" for you as this week's featured song. Get it and get out to see Apollo Suns live.
