The Environmental Musician Performs at the Canadian Urban Forest Conference

On October 16th, 2024 The Environmental Musician performed at the Canadian Urban Forest Conference held at the RBC Convention Centre in Winnipeg and debuted a new song called "Canopy." The song was co-written by Bill Dowie, an environmental graduate student at the University of Manitoba. "Canopy" is about how trees are a place for refuge, relaxation and restoration. When listening to the song, we hope you imagine yourself under a tree, feeling happy and safe, while the music soothes your soul and brings you peace.
