Anastasia Jane (she/ her) is a singer-songwriter from Brandon Manitoba. She is a proud transgender woman and has actively performed in the Manitoba area since the late 1980s (in various incarnations).
Her songs have been played on independent and college radio stations internationally, and she has a strong social media presence. Anastasia’s first album, called Confessions from a Closet, was released in spring 2022 and is an autobiography of her transition journey. Her sophomore album “House of Jane” was released in November 2023, and her third album, Swimming to Oz, is planned for an early 2025 release.
Anastasia Jane can be seen regularly performing to audiences in the Westman area, sharing her musical gospel of rainbow colored good news.
