Lone Riot is an indie alt/rock band that’s all about embracing the messy, imperfect parts of life—and having a hell of a time doing it. Formed in 2024, they blend catchy hooks, emotionally charged melodies, and an unfiltered energy that’ll have you singing along.

 

Fronted by Shyle Powell -an indigenous/Black Female Vocalist, with Sydney Mazur the band’s resident bass queen and chaos wrangler, Cam Duplin on guitar and Jarred Loewen driving it all forward behind the kit, passionate musicians who each bring their own distinctive style and energy to the table. Drawing influences from alternative, post-punk, modern rock, and indie pop, Lone Riot’s music explores themes of solitude, rebellion, and self-discovery.
