VVonder is a rock band born out of an otherworldly musical connection in the heart of Canada. The group is a veritable hodgepodge of some of the best local talent Winnipeg has to offer, that consistently promises - and delivers - soulful, enormously fun indie rock. Fronted by lead vocalist, songwriter and guitarist Micah Braun (Jicah, The Nods, Len - think Billy Joel meets Placido Domingo) alongside Nate Jacobucci (Campfire Sigh) lending keys and vocals, Joey Penner (Trampoline, Royal Canoe, Waking Eyes) on bass and vocals, and Steve Martens (Trampoline) anchoring the rhythm section on drums, VVonder's lineup is as eccentric and whimsical as their music.
