Silence Kit is ready to unleash Kitty Kitty. The alt-rock fourpiece releases its new EP on October 5 at The Good Will with openers Slow//Steady and Guilt-Trip. Recorded at East Vancouver stuio Rain City Recorders by Jesse Gander (Japandroids, White Lung, Pack AD) over just three days, Silence Kit presents: Kitty Kitty (full title) offers a taste of the band's explosive sound, mastered by Noah Mintz (Broken Social Scene, The Constantines, Hey Rosetta!). The new EP follows up the band's 2017 debut, Started as a Whisper, which hit the top spot on CKUW's chart for over a month. They've got a new video for the title track, courtesy of Young Media and next up, Silence Kit will immediately hit the road for tour dates in Ontario and Quebec, including a stop at Toronto's legendary Bovine Sex Club.
