A look at how developing a long term strategic plan can help guide your career from local to national and international levels. This discussion will touch on the different steps in a career path, including topics like when/how to use a publicist, what kind of outside resources are available to managers, and how to use showcase opportunities to break into new markets.
The MusicWorks DIY Series is a stream of discussions offering emerging artists, music companies, and veterans looking to update their skills, the opportunity to learn music business fundamentals. The 2016 session kicks off with important topics that everyone needs to master starting with an update and refresher for participants from this past fall’s DIY Series, accounting/administration, strategic development, the new EPK, and creating a cohesive publicity strategy.
Members have until February 10 to register HERE in advance for all five workshops in the DIY Series for only $40 (20% discount).
