Natanielle Felicitas - Cellist
Classical Experimental Folk Pop
About
Natanielle Felicitas is an experienced freelance collaborator whose intuitive style resonates with a broad range of audiences and performers alike. Comfortable crossing genres, she draws from her classical training to accompany musicians from folk music to experimental noise projects. Alongside her long-time collaborations and tours with Raine Hamilton, JP Hoe, and the occasional film or theatre production, Nat is sought after for studio recording sessions. (KEN Mode, Madeleine Roger, Slow Leaves).
For the past few years Nat and double-bassist Quintin Bart have been chipping away at their Bach Duo Project. She also explores the possibilities of electric cello in the dark piano/synth project Cantor Dust. She was a founding member of experimental trio Civvie whom improvised ambient and gritty music with amplified bassoon, cello, and weaving loom. Other highlights include performing in the 2021 Cluster Festival presentation of Begonia with piano quartet, and composing the score to the short documentary From the Dirt (Tyler Funk, Carmen Ponto).
Please contact Nat for recording sessions, special events & weddings, or live concert accompaniment with your band.
