The 12/21 is a Filipino-Canadian pop punk trio originally formed in Manila, Philippines, and now based in Winnipeg, Canada. Comprising three talented brothers, Roman Maceda and twins Rico and Roque Maceda. The band is known for their high-energy performances and infectious sound. Business Mirror described them as “bursting with energy, emanating spunk, and quite simply, extremely catchy.”

Their single Misery was awarded the number one track of 2023 on Spotify’s Fresh Finds Philippines. The 12/21 has earned accolades such as a nomination for Punk Band of the Year at the Manitoba Loud Music Awards and have amassed over 200,000 streams across various Spotify playlists.

They have also opened for top Filipino artists on their Canadian tours, including Ely Buendia (Eraserheads), Arnel Pineda (lead vocalist of American rock legends Journey), Bamboo (Rivermaya), Kamikazee, Yeng Constantino, Orange & Lemons, and The Dawn. They’ve toured in Manila, performed live on the iconic Wish 107.5 FM Bus, played Canadian Music Week in Toronto, featured on CBC Manitoba, and won the Jim Beam National Talent Search in 2019.
