Hana Lu Lu has something for you. The new wave newcomers stormed onto the scene in the last year with opening spots for the likes of LCD Sound System's James Murphy, Diamond Rings, and Hollerado, and landed spots at this year's Winnipeg International Jazz Festival and MEME. Now, the trio -- which features Chris Aquin on drums, Kevin Desjarlais on vocals and synth, and Atom Dzaman on lead synthesizers -- is offering up its debut EP, Keepsake, and getting ready to hit the road. Hana Lu Lu will release the EP on November 15 at 72 Princess with a band featuring another Desjarlais, Attica Riots. But first, the band will open for Daniel Ash of Bauhaus and Love & Rockets Fame on November 7 at the Pyramid. Next up, the band heads east for a few handfuls of dates in Quebec and Ontario.
