Since releasing their debut EP last month, all-girl powerpop outfit The Paps have been getting some enthusiastic attention. If you want to see the Gimli-based quartet in action, they'll be hitting The Plaza skatepark at The Forks on August 15 during the Chicks Flip Out all-female skateboard competition. This is the fifth show in Manitoba Music's summer series at The Plaza, which has featured DJs Dow Jones, Bmac, and RPG as well as hip-hop acts Wab Kinew and The Lytics. Head down to The Forks and catch the show. Just look for the Manitoba Music banner. While you're waiting, you can download The Paps' "Cut N Paste Girl" from The Loudspeaker until August 20.
