Lanikai is showing no sign of slowing things down this summer. Fresh from a tour of Germany, the indie/alt-pop/soul outfit—which picked up a nod for Pop Artist of the Year at the 2018 Western Canadian Music Awards—kicked of its summer festival circuit with an opening spot for Jill Barber at the TD Winnipeg International Jazz Festival. Coming up, they'll take stage for Canada Day at the Forks and Winnipeg Folk Festival before closing out the summer of music at Harvest Moon Festival. Stay tuned for a tour out west in October.
