It's beginning to sound a lot like Christmas and we've got plenty of local holiday tunes to keep you warm and cozy this season. Kicking things off is indie pop/rock outfit Mise en Scene with a brand new original track, "Tinsel Town", for your yuletide playlists. Released via Light Organ Records, the festive tune also comes with an equally festive new Gimli-filmed video. Co-produced by Mise's Stefanie Blondal Johnson and Jodi Dunlop with The Treble's Colin McTavish, "Tinsel Town" appears on the label's Christmas compilation album. If that's not enough holiday Mise for you, you can ring in the new year with them at Real Love NYE at The Handsome Daughter with ATLAAS and Odd Outfit. You can also catch them for a stripped-down show at Gimli's Ship & Plough on January 19.
