From the album Complexion
Featured track, available from January 24 to February 1
tunic is ready to unleash some new music... the arty noise punk trio releases its debut full-length, Complexion, via Austin's Self Sabotage Records early next month. Recorded and produced by Montreal-based Jace Lasek (Suuns, Land of Talk, Wolf Parade) at Winnipeg's Private Ear Recording, the album follows up the acclaimed 2017 Boss EP, and several 7"s and singles, including last year's "Teeth Showing" on Toronto’s Buzz Records. Hometown audiences can get their mittens on the new album a little early at the band's release show on February 1 at The Handsome Daughter. Fellow locals Beth and Fox Lake will hit the stage for opening sets. The show will also kick off tunic's European tour that will take them to Germany, Belgium, France, Italy, and beyond. Coming up this spring, they hit the road a little closer to home for a full North American tour. We've got the band's tune "Nothing Nothing" for your ears this week. Press play, turn up the volume, and do not miss tunic live.
