Past song of the week / September 2019

KEN mode
"Fractures In Adults"

From the album Loved

Featured track, available from September 26 to October 4

KEN mode is turning 20! The metal + hardcore-infused noise rock outfit is putting together an anniversary night at The Good Will Social Club on October 4 that's all about Canadian heavy music. They'll be hitting the stage with four different bassists from the band's history and bringing out some special never-before-played-live material. They'll also be joined by Montreal's The Great Sabatini and Saskatoon's Adolyne to a whole night of loud. KEN mode has been keeping busy since the 2018 release of Loved, its latest release via New Damage Records, which earned the trio its fourth JUNO Award nomination for Metal/Hard Music Album of the Year in 2019 (they won in 2012 for Venerable). To celebrate, we've got their track "Fractures in Adults" off Loved for you as this week's featured track. The band will be playing the song live for the first time at the the Oct show so turn up the volume, press play, and don't miss KEN mode live.
