Andrina Turenne is ready to unleash some new tunes. The acclaimed singer/songwriter, whose powerhouse vocals you might know from the likes of JUNO-winning act Chic Gamine and so many more, shares her brand new single "When the Smoke Clears" for you this week. Press play while you check out all the live music listings for Festival du Voyageur, where Turenne will be hitting the stage. You can catch her live at the Sugar Shack on February 22 at 9:30PM. Turenne has been keeping busy creating new music, singing on multiple records, touring with Tomson Highway, and composing original music for theatre shows, including a recent production at the National Arts Centre. She's fresh from a showcase at, and participation in, the Indigenous Music Summit at Folk Alliance International in New Orleans. After Festival, she'll open for the Harpoonist and the Axe Murderer in Regina and Saskatoon at the end of the month. She'll also head to Ivory Coast in early March for a final production of a show featuring her music. Stay tuned for more new music!
