How do you bring your music career to the next level?

This opportunity is for First Nation, Metis, and Inuit artists, musicians, bands, DJs, and music entrepreneurs to attend a full day intensive crash-course to learn from industry professionals. 

Topics to be covered:

• Grants & Funding
• Marketing plans
• Budgets
• How to record a demo 

You will learn how to navigate the world of grants and funding and all the how to's when applying to places like Manitoba Film & Music, FACTOR, and Canada Council for the Arts. 

You will learn the best practices when writing up a marketing plan and budget. 

You will hear from industry professionals on what they want to hear when they accept your demo submissions as part of grant and funding applications.
