Last year, The Perms went all the way to Sofia, Bulgaria to play CIMA's Canadian Blast event at South Eastern European Music Event, or SEEME. This year, the alt.rock trio releases its fifth album, aptly titled Sofia Nights. The Perms have not one but two CD release parties for fans to celebrate the new album, including a Winnipeg date at The Park Theatre on October 14 and a show at Brandon's Clancy's the following night. Scott Hinkson, who has a new release of his own, will join in the fun at the Winnipeg show. We've got the band's tune "High School High" for you as this week's free download.
