Local roots/bluegrass favourite Oh My Darling is having a pretty good week. On Tuesday, the quartet found out that its debut self-titled recording is a contender for the Roots Duo/Group Recording the Year at the 2009 Western Canadian Music Awards. On Friday, the band plays the outdoor Old Market Square stage at the Fringe Festival. Meanwhile, Oh My Darling's June show at the West End Cultural Centre with Nathan can be found and heard on CBC Radio 2's Concerts on Demand. You can get in on the Oh My Darling action by downloading "Roustabout" from The Loudspeaker, available until June 23.
