Zambia-born hip-hop artist Muzo is out with his debut CD, Making Momma Proud. Dedicated to the rapper's deceased mother, whose memory has inspired him throughout his life, Making Momma Proud features Muzo rapping and singing in both English and his native language, Bemba. This new album bridges the gap between Muzo's Zambian roots and the style of music he fell in love with when he moved to Canada at 12-years-old. Catch Muzo's CD release party on February 26 at the West End Cultural Centre where he'll be joined by R&B/soul singer Flo and rapper Fabii.
