The Indestructible Orchestra
"Anhelo"

From the album Anhelo

Featured track, available from June 13 to June 21

JazzFest is turning 30 this month and it's celebrating with some stellar live music for a five-day festival run kicking off June 18. One of acts taking over The Cube stage in Old Market Square is Latin outfit The Indestructible Orchestra, which blends Afro Latin rhythms for an inherent danceability. Featuring some of Winnipeg’s most sought-after musicians and four vocalists from local Latin groups, The Indestructible Orchestra will have folks moving for their Buena Onda set on June 21. To get you in the spirit, we've got one of their latest singles, “Anhelo”-- which displays a fusion of Bolero and Guajira. Recorded and mixed by the group’s leader, Jaime Chinchilla, at his Winnipeg studio, the track was mastered by Andrew Yankiwski of Precursor Studios. Stay tuned for more new music. Press play, start planning your JazzFest experience with our MB Live app where you can find all the show info, and don't miss The Indestructible Orchestra live on stage.
