Nineteen is ready for the spotlight. The duo, a passion project of singer/songwriter Violet Vopni and jazz guitarist Clinton Giesbrecht, is set to release its debut album, Unacknowledged, next month. They'll share their signature sounds spanning jazz, folk, and pop at Le Garage on March 5 with a little support from openersDeidra Borus, Ivy Venin, and Lady Lee and Unsociably High. They've already been earning some new fans with the new tunes, debuting on the Indigenous Music Countdown last weekend. We've got their track "How Many Times" for you as this week's feature.
