Mckye has a busy season of music! The Winnipeg-based singer/songwriter and teacher is fresh from releasing her very Decembery new single "Horrible Beauty" this month with a celebration at The Handsome Daughter plus a special holiday edition of the popular One-Day Choir. She'll return to The Handsome Daughter on December 28 for the A Queer Holiday Hoedown presented by Good + Plenty (classes are sold out but you can still come enjoy the dancing), and you can start warming up your vocal cords to sing Wicked's "For Good" at the next One-Day Choir on January 28 (registration opens next week). Plus she'll be accepting new students for vocal and piano lessons, and songwriting and performance classes next month at Good + Plenty's new studio, The Clubhouse.
